Mercedes-Benz of Richmond Announces New General Manager

We are thrilled to announce that Joe Norris has been promoted to general manager at Mercedes-Benz of Richmond. Joe previously served as the pre-owned sales manager and has 17 years of automotive industry experience, all in Richmond. He has worked for various luxury brands throughout his career, like BMW, Porsche, Infiniti, and Mercedes-Benz. He graduated from John Tyler Community College with a degree in Business Management. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids and playing golf and tennis.

Mike Rosen, who previously served as our dealership’s finance manager, has also been promoted to new car sales manager. Mike has been with the organization for eight years, starting as a sales & leasing consultant and working his way up. He is a Virginia Tech graduate with a degree in Political Science and National Security. He is a baseball and hockey fan and enjoys spending time with his wife and baby girl.

Shahul Usman is now our pre-owned sales manager. With 22 years of experience in the automotive industry, he has worked with top brands like Porsche, Audi, Volvo, and Mercedes-Benz in various roles, including sales, general management, finance, and customer assistance. Shahul is a big Formula 1 fan and enjoys watching NFL football. He is also an animal lover with three rescue cats.
