The experience was seamless, simple, and trusting. For the test drive, we were just given the keys and left on our own to experience the car to ourselves. We test drove three other cars but settled on the Mercedes partly due to the team at Mercedes Benz of Richmond. They provided a fair price and then worked quickly to find the exact model we wanted. A week later we picked up the car!
Simple process; nice people. Would have liked it if the technician had cleaned the glass around the inspection sticker install - it got smeared with something and didn't look nice. I pay attention to the small details and to me those matter.

I'm from out of town and brought my 2017 GLE AMG in without an appointment when check engine light came on. They took it in for diagnosis, verified the issue, had their a driver drop me off at at a restaurant for lunch, then pick me up. In the meantime they fixed the GLE. All this in a 2 hour time frame. Couldn't ask for better service!

When the car arrived, she was "Johnny On The Spot" , taking care of a lot of the paperwork before I arrived. When I arrived to pick up my car, she thoroughly went through the vehicle with me. Rory was very professional and accommodating. He made my purchase experience one to remember. There was an issue that occurred during the financing process that was unacceptable and was a fault of the Finance Department. Once Rory learned of the issue, he was very apologetic and worked to resolve the issue in a professional and accommodating manner.

We brought in both vehicles for B service and 4 tires We were greeted well, our service charges and discount for tires were politely discussed We were there a few hrs so the service advisor suggested we allow shuttle driver take us to a restaurant and bring us back afterwards. We were continuously given updates on how far and how well the service was going. The courtesy at the location has improved greatly.

Set up an appointment and used the after hours drop. Worked great. Took it on for a recall and ended up getting a second recall fixed also. We had a problem with the transmission also and the recall work fixed it so we drove away with no charge!
Clean, efficient, pleasant, helpful, i have no complaints. It was maintenance service and they repaired fuel tank cover with no issues and made recommendations for future tires
