I found service a bit of slow, when waiting for someone to help me, this was my first visit to Mercedes-Benz of Richmond and had to wait approximately six minutes before I was helped although there were three people sitting at the desk.
The service I received from MB of Richmond was superb. Tavares was very knowledgeable and professional. He knew exactly what needed to be done and was in full communication with me about my vehicle. I always receive great service there. There’s never any “surprise” fees which is a blessing. I always feel respected as a client. Good service once again at MB of Richmond.

The experience was seamless, simple, and trusting. For the test drive, we were just given the keys and left on our own to experience the car to ourselves. We test drove three other cars but settled on the Mercedes partly due to the team at Mercedes Benz of Richmond. They provided a fair price and then worked quickly to find the exact model we wanted. A week later we picked up the car!
Simple process; nice people. Would have liked it if the technician had cleaned the glass around the inspection sticker install - it got smeared with something and didn't look nice. I pay attention to the small details and to me those matter.

I'm from out of town and brought my 2017 GLE AMG in without an appointment when check engine light came on. They took it in for diagnosis, verified the issue, had their a driver drop me off at at a restaurant for lunch, then pick me up. In the meantime they fixed the GLE. All this in a 2 hour time frame. Couldn't ask for better service!

Rory was very professional and accommodating. He made my purchase experience one to remember. There was an issue that occurred during the financing process that was unacceptable and was a fault of the Finance Department. Once Rory learned of the issue, he was very apologetic and worked to resolve the issue in a professional and accommodating manner.

We brought in both vehicles for B service and 4 tires We were greeted well, our service charges and discount for tires were politely discussed We were there a few hrs so the service advisor suggested we allow shuttle driver take us to a restaurant and bring us back afterwards. We were continuously given updates on how far and how well the service was going. The courtesy at the location has improved greatly.
