Service was prompt and service advisor friendly and informative. Only small beef was coffee machine only made 1/2 cups of coffee.
Hakim was outstanding. He was very responsive to our needs and quite informative throughout the purchasing process. Your service organization is another story. We have had several questions / issues with our CLE and they do not answer calls in a timely manner. And when I did talk to your receptionist, she passed on that someone would call me. No one has in four weeks. My guess is that we eill need to go to Hampton of Virginia Beach for service

I came in to pick my vehicle up from being serviced. The service agent who worked with me to drop my vehicle off walked right past me without acknowledging me or taking the time to review what was done to my vehicle. My previous service agent was much more customer oriented. Service I receive from Nissan for the nine years I patronized them was more respectable and professional. Had she went over my service report with me, that would have created the opportunity for me discuss what I believed to be a software issue in detail. Her lack of customer service skills and ability to close the loop resulted in an unnecessary trip. I will give her the benefit of doubt and assume she treats all customers that way instead of believing that her lack of attentiveness was due to my appearance. Acknowledgment and closing the loop is highly important in customer service and has a great impact on the patron’s view of the establishment. I am hopeful this experience will be the last and that I have the opportunity to feel like a valued customer again.

Fine... however, I wish he had been more upfront about why this vehicle was traded with so few miles on it. As it turns out, this vehicle has one of the worst gas mileage reputations in the country. I knew trucks were historically less efficient, but this vehicle's gas mileage is 10-13 mpg. My bad, and I should have been a bit more inquisitive. It met my work needs, but not my wallet!

I had such a great experience buying my car here! Hakim was beyond awesome! He was super friendly, helpful, and really made me feel comfortable. He listened to what I wanted, showed me options in my price range, and didn’t pressure me at all. The whole process was surprisingly quick and easy, and he took the time to walk me through every feature of my new car. I left feeling excited, confident, and well taken care of. New service staff could have been more welcoming. The area is undergoing renovations, but no one told you where to go, just looked at you like they didn’t know what to say. Really weird experience, especially since the former staff was very nice and better organized.
Hakim was very helpful. The final purchase took longer than it should have because of the conversation that had to take place around warrant offers. We were paying cash by bank check, and it should have been quick.
The person who scheduled the service entered the incorrect date and time in the system which I had to call back and change and he spelt the issue as ‘breaking’ instead of the correct word ‘braking’ .,

Best new car buying process I have ever had.

This is the 6th new car my wife and I have bought over two decades; best car buying process ever! Paperwork was fast financing was fast. I can respect the upselling of features but it wasn’t dramatic at all.
Despite my best efforts to find a flaw with Mercedes; as they are a luxury brand, I felt strongly that they were more than courteous and not condescending.
Danny was very understanding when we needed to bring it back for detailing purposes and the Sam did and amazing job as well.
Mercedes Benz of Richmond went above and beyond to accommodate my purchase! Highly recommend Hakim for your next purchase!

My service advisor; Tavaras was super helpful. He was able to fit me into the schedule without a set appointment. When a car has to go into service it’s stressful for the owner. The service advisors have to deal with the front end of issues. While they don’t do the actual work and can’t control any issues within the building; they have to deal with the customers. I give him 5 stars for his professionalism and kindness. This dealership has top management and customer service.

I recently purchased an AMG C43 from Mercedes-Benz of Richmond and had an excellent overall experience working with Kervin Ridgley. Kervin was exceptional throughout the process, taking considerable time to thoroughly walk us through the vehicle's features and functions in detail. This level of attention is increasingly rare in today's market, and we greatly appreciated his dedication to ensuring we understood every aspect of the car.
Both Kervin and Patrick were straightforward and professional during negotiations. They worked within our budget without the typical back-and-forth often experienced at other dealerships, ultimately coming in under our target price.
There was an initial miscommunication regarding the interest rate—the originally quoted special financing was inadvertently offered without realizing AMG vehicles were excluded from that promotion. However, Patrick handled the situation professionally by adjusting the numbers to ensure we remained comfortable with the final deal. His willingness to make things right was greatly appreciated and prevented what could have been a deal-breaking situation.
When scheduled maintenance was needed the following Monday, Kervin promptly arranged for the work to be completed the same day, which I appreciated.
My only current concern is that since the maintenance appointment, the check engine light has been intermittently activating and deactivating. Given that I just purchased the vehicle and live across town from the dealership, having to return for additional service so soon is both inconvenient and somewhat concerning. I plan to schedule a follow-up appointment to have this issue properly diagnosed and resolved.
Despite this issue, my overall experience with the team at MB of Richmond was positive, and I would recommend working with Kervin and Patrick.

We were driving on the interstate when the red battery warning light went on on the dashboard. We proceeded to the nearest Mercedes dealership and the were so gracious and accommodated us at 2pm on a Friday afternoon. Tavaris our advisor immediately assessed the situation (we had suitcases and 2 grandchildren in the car otw to D.C. for a long weekend. He produced a loaner and we were able to continue our trip. Service was completed in a timely manner. Had to clean grease from driver seat left by staff. Car wash was adequate, but door jams and tailgate showed water spots.

Received excellent service from my service advisor, Steve Hunnewell, who arranged a loaner car for me when additional parts were needed, and kept me informed throughout the process.
I drove into dealership about tire sounding like going flat but display not showing that a tire was losing air. Come to find out there was screw in tire & needed to be replaced. Still don’t know why display didn’t show low air so Dealership offered free alignment next visit so I could pick up same day. Good service so far. Hope it continues.
