Lease Return Information

Whether you leased with us originally or not, Mercedes-Benz of Richmond is the best place to return your vehicle! You can stop by any time — with or without an appointment — and the process is fast and easy. Here’s how it works:

• Before you come by, make sure you have your Lease End Inspection paperwork (if possible) and anything that came with the vehicle (owner’s manuals, spare keys, etc.)
• We’ll quickly process your lease return — this usually takes less than 15 minutes
• If applicable, we’ll provide lease end documents with an estimated end of lease bill
• When you leave, we’ll inform Mercedes-Benz Financial Services that you have returned the vehicle
