- Loaner Cars are provided for repairs which take longer than 2 hours to complete.

- Our free Loaner Cars are provided through onsite Enterprise office. Mercedes-Benz Loaners are given out on first come first serve basis. When there are no Mercedes-Benz Loaners available a vehicle of another brand may be given out.

- Loaner Cars are given out in 24 hr increments. Mercedes-Benz of Richmond will pick up the cost of the Loaner Car for the first 24 hrs.

- The driver must present a valid drivers license, credit card, and proof of insurance before operating a Loaner Car. Additional insurance offered through Enterprise will not be paid by Mercedes-Benz of Richmond.

- Only the person(s) listed and signing the Loaner Car Policy may operate the Loaner Car.

- All traffic, parking tickets, bridge and road tolls are the responsibility of the driver of the Loaner Car.
|
- A usage fee of $49.95 per day will be charged to the driver who fails to return the Loaner Car after the first 24 hours.

- The Loaner Car must be returned on the same amount of fuel as when checked out. Failure to do this will result in additional charges for re-fuelling the car.

- Mileage is restricted to 75 miles per day. A mileage fee of $0.20 per mile will be charged to any driver who exceeds the daily mileage allowance.

- All Loaner Cars are NON-SMOKING vehicles. A detail fee of $199.95 will be charged to the driver who smokes in any Loaner Car.

- Pets are not permitted in Loaner Cars. A detail fee of $199.95 will be charged to the driver who transports their pet.
