    Kevin Gonzalez serves as General Manager for both Mercedes-Benz of Richmond and David R. McGeorge Car Company. He joined McGeorge Car Company in 2008 after nearly 15 years with the Koon's Automotive Group in Westminster, Maryland.

    A graduate from University of Maryland Baltimore County, Kevin now leads two thriving Mercedes-Benz dealerships with more than 110 employees and over 20,000 satisfied McGeorge Mercedes-Benz customers.

    Kevin resides in Midlothian with his wife and two children. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and reading.

    General Sales Manager Ron West first joined Mercedes-Benz of Richmond in 2008, after spending 22 years with Haynes Jeep Chrysler. He offers more than 25 years of new and used car sales experience.

    Ron is a certified Mercedes-Benz Standards of Excellence professional and leads a veteran sales staff with more than 150 years of combined customer service and sales experience.

    Ron and his wife and four children reside in Midlothian. During his time away from the dealership, he enjoys boating, wake boarding, snow skiing and golf.

    With nearly 15 years of auto sales and lending experience, Steven Baker first joined Mercedes-Benz of Richmond in 2009.

    Steven is AFIP Certified, Mercedes-Benz Standards of Excellence certified and is a Notary Public.

    Born in Ohio but raised in Cary, North Carolina, Steven attended North Carolina State University in Raleigh prior to moving to Richmond. When not assisting Mercedes-Benz of Richmond customers, Steven enjoys traveling, surfing, playing guitar and golfing.

    With more than 22 year of auto lending experience, Jay provides a wealth of experience and relationships with several lending institutions including Mercedes-Benz Financial. He is a Daimler Chrysler Business Manager  certified and a 12 year Inner-Circle member.

    Jay enjoys spending his free time with his wife Kim and two daughters in their Glen Allen home, or enjoying the outdoors together at Wintergreen, a local golf course or on the James River.

    Ralph graduated high school in East Orange, New Jersey, and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University. In addition to his customer relationships, Ralph enjoys music, traveling, and golf.

    Doug Mangas joined Mercedes-Benz of Richmond in 2004, the year the new, Midlothian location opened. He has more than 30 years of new and pre-owned automotive sales experience and knowledge.

    In 2008, he     earned Master Guild certification, Mercedes-Benz's highest award for product knowledge and sales. This award is given to only 160 national Mercedes-Benz sales professionals or managers.

    Additionally, Doug has won top dealership new car sales in the YES Program in 2007-2009.

    Originally from Buffalo, New York, Doug attended the University of Illinois and earned a BS in Business from Akron University. 

    He now resides in Glen Allen with his wife Maggie. Doug also has two adult children. He enjoys travel, landscaping, golf and attending Commonwealth Chapel.

    A native of Narrows and graduate of NRCC-Dublin, Wayne enjoys spending time with his wife and son, fishing local rivers and golfing.

    Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, Troy graduated from nearby Highland Springs High School but returned home to earn his Bachelor Degree in Accounting from South Carolina State University.

    Recently married, Troy enjoys spending time with his wife Victoria, serving as the Minister of Music at his church, drumming, film making and indoor rock climbing.

    He offers his online customers more than 10 years of Chrysler sales experience. While with Mercedes-Benz, Rob has earned the Standards of Excellence, which certifies his rapidly growing Mercedes-Benz product knowledge.

    Originally from Denver, Rob has earned a bachelor's degree from Colorado State University and a master's degree in Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology.

    Now a resident of Richmond, Rob, his wife Sarah and three young children enjoy playing tennis, designing cakes and watching drag racing.
